Casa Dalia is a lovely vacation home for rent in Lower Salento, in the town of Gagliano del Capo, 5 minutes from the sea and Santa Maria di Leuca.

Casa Dalia is a very cozy, brightly colored and well-equipped apartment for rent to spend the vacations in Salento, in quiet town, from which you can reach by car in a few minutes all the most popular tourist resorts of the Capo di Leuca.
The house is developed on the second floor, reached by stairs. A corridor acts as an entrance to the house and as a disengagement between the various rooms.
The living area with open kitchen, dining room and TV leads to the terrace where you can spend time outdoors, furnished with a sitting area, umbrella and TV.
The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom with TV, 1 single bedroom and 1 bathroom with large shower stall.
Air conditioning is located in the hallway.

Casa Dalia is located in the built-up area of Gagliano del Capo, a small town in Lower Salento, just a few kilometers from the sea and from all the most famous tourist destinations and attractions of Capo di Leuca.
The location is excellent for those who want a quiet stay, with all services at hand.
Santa Maria di Leuca is just a 5-minute drive away, as are Ponte Ciolo and Marina di Novaglie.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the corridor.
- Heating in the winter months has a mandatory cost of euro 8 per day.
- Outdoor forniture will not be present from October 1st to May 30th.
- Guests are not allowed to use the barbecue.
