My reservation was for the wrong day which I realized immediately upon receiving my confirmation(1 minute after completing the reservation) so I immediately began the process to have it corrected, was not a seemless process but was done, new confirmation received. Arrived and the hotel had the incorrect check in but were very understanding and helpful. The general manager fixed it all & gave us a room for the night. I still have an extra $100 charge on my account. I should have worked through the actual hotel & not Travelocity.
