Overall, our stay was fine as we mostly used the hotel just for sleeping. However, we did notice that the sheets had stains and there were random hairs on the pillowcases. The bathroom was not very clean, and the hotel seemed a bit run down—it could really benefit from a renovation and some updates. On a positive note, our TV wasn’t working initially, but it was fixed promptly.

We booked through hotels.com and when we arrived they said the room we booked was not available. They had us call to cancel and rebook. By the time we got through there were no rooms available. The clerk was rude and unhelpful.

Reserved the room for 2 nights because of a plumbing issue. We didn't spend a lot of time there - needed it primarily for batching. The bathroom light didn't always work. The toilet was not bolted down very well. My brother got stuck in the elevator for 30-45 minutes Saturday night. The fire department had to rescue him. the assistant manager I spoke to was apologetic but offered nothing - no discount, no refund. The only thing she said was that they were getting ready to renovate.

Booked a two night stay here for a quick family trip. There was an extremely rude front desk attendant who called was prejudice and even called the police to have me and my family escorted off the property for expressing our grievances. The rooms are dated and have an unpleasant odor as well. Wouldn’t recommend!
