The property is clean, but dated. Their check in procedure is confusing I was required to put a $80 deposit to cover any possible damage I presume. Travelocity did not mention this in their ad on the property. I also had to sign. A form acknowledged their policy and another repeatedly informing me of no animals and no smoking in the room or they would charge another $250 I don't think I will try them again

Although the staff was very professional and we had no complaints with them whatsoever, the room itself was very disappointing. I don't expect much, but the floors were so sticky, we had to wear socks or shoes the whole time. White towels were not white, either severely stained or dirty. It has gone down a lot since our previous stay. We will not stay there again because of the dirty room, sadly the staff was great.

hard bed and noisy room
i like a soft bed - this one made me wake often with joint pains but i am old. Room got a lot of traffic noise, housekeepers seemed to like parking in front of this room and talking loudly, and the couple in the ajoining room had a discussion of what she should washe before bed. Very plain through connecting doors

Very nice accommodations.
This area of Gainesville is very busy and close to the hospital, so expect to hear police cars, firetrucks and ambulances. I work in a very busy hospital so I'm used to these noises. My room was clean, well stocked with essentials. The only problem I've had has been with the room keys. For some reason they don't open the doors after a long day at work and I had to trek to the office to get them reset. That's the only problem I've had with each stay. I stay here on business - the rates are reasonable.
