There are 2 well-furnished bedrooms and an exclusive terrace on the floor, from which you can enjoy sun and sea view. The apartment is the perfect retreat for a couple... you can lie under the stars or enjoy romantic outdoor dining on warm summer evenings! It offers every kind of comfort: air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi and heating system for the colder months.
THE LIVING AREA
Entering the apartment you find yourself in a small but bright living room with a kitchenette equipped with everything you need: fridge, stove and dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. The living room is completed by a sofa bed for one person and a TV. The washing machine is in a room on the terrace.
THE BEDROOM
The bedroom is very large, with vaulted ceiling, furnished with a four-poster bed. There is a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and an armchair. A crib can be added upon request. On the walls of the room, the original writings left over the years in this room, which was originally used as a warehouse and attic of the building, have been preserved.
THE BATHROOM
From the bedroom you can access the bathroom equipped with a large shower from which you can see the sea!
THE TERRACE
The apartment is completed by a terrace on the floor with sea view, very rare in the historic center where the terraces are the roofs of the buildings. Covered by a gazebo and equipped with a dining table, deckchairs and a comfortable sofa. Barbecue is available free of charge upon request.
There are 3 flights of stairs to reach the apartment, the last one of which is a bit steep.
Everything you need for children of all ages is available free of charge upon request.
During the summer months, you could park your car at the port car park, a few hundred meters from the house. Access and parking in the historic center is limited in summer. .
