Laid on my bed and I laid in a wade of gum on the comforter. Took a shower and only Luke warm water. Woke up and wanted breakfast and apparently the cook didn’t show up!! No more Quality Inn for me. Not much quality anymore !!!

Ok hotel

The room was remodel and clean. Has hardwood floors. The bed was comfy but the pillows were not good. They advertised having a pool and hot tub but they have been closed for sometime. They need to change their description because I picked this hitel because of that. It is close to the interstate. Heard big trucjs all night long.

After driving over 10 hours, thought this hotel looked good. Unloaded, ready to relax in my room and then the beeping started. Smoke alarm kept going off and my dog would not stop shaking. I had lots of bags with me and my dog. They said they were too busy to change it, so they moved me to a much further away room which was not fun. When I got to that, it was like a horrible Smoking room. I could not breath, but too tired to move again. When I was told by Expedia to talk to the manager, they said they could not do anything and only Expedia could give my money back as they pay them. I asked her for a pen and she replied I can't I'm using it?? Really Wow, I have to say the worst customer service ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Even Expedia was not even willing to help. Now I have to find a place tonight somewhere else on my next 10 hour journey.

Fine for one night.

The room itself was fine. It was clean and had been freshly painted. We backed up to the neighboring Home Depot parking lot, where they blast music all night and flash blue lights to keep the homeless out of the parking lot. We were unable to sleep and wish we had known about how loud the music would be.
