Staff was very kind & the whole room was clean. Awesome location as well. There is occasionally a very cute dog who will be with reception, he loves a good belly rub. The rooms are smaller but thats super common in europe, especially if its not a chain like marriott or hilton (but the big chains dont have nearly as much character as the independent/ boutique hotels) 100% recommend staying here!

The location here was the best. Everything was close, and the city bus station is right next door. The hotel room was clean . the staff were friendly. I forgot the name of the man working at the front desk, but he was Malaysian. He was so kind and tried his best to help, so I was very grateful. If you were booking a tour or looking for best location I would prefer this hotel.
