Nice welcome!!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is in a quiet spot, but is also in a walkable distance to the old town and main attractions. Although the room felt cramped, the bed was comfortable but unfortunately, the pillows were thick and hard. We loved the open shower accessible to a wheelchair. The downside is that it left the entire floor wet, which made it slippery and we had nothing to wipe it off other than our only bath towel. The comforter being extremely thick and warm, a second linen sheet would have been nice for a more comfortable sleep.

My stay at the Lane felt so indulgent. The bed was so comfortable, and I loved the little details like the pretty coffee cups snd the giant towels. The staff were very helpful snd went out of their way to accommodate me needs. The location could not be better. I would stay at the Lane again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed the small boutique hotel tucked down a little lane. It was very quiet yet convenient to walk to Eyre Sqaure and the Latin Qtr, High Street, Quay Street and everything you want from Galway. We upgraded to the King Deluxe room and it was spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom, hair dryer, modern (usb) power. All was perfect for our 1 night in Galway.
