House located in the heart of the village of Garachico, considered one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, located in the historic center.



It consists of two independent houses, which can be rented separately or together, ideal for families.



Casa Sol 21 A has capacity for 4 people (2 double rooms with TV and dressing room shared by both); living area and TV with sofa bed (with possibility of additional person); kitchen with fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher; and separate dining room. It has two bathrooms, only one of them with shower (inside the main room), while the other one is next to the kitchen. The house has a terrace with dining table.



The aforementioned House (A) shares common spaces with House B, surrounded by gardens and different terraces, with armchairs and outdoor shower with hammocks.

Respectful behavior with facilities and environment is required, being necessary not to make noise between 22 pm and 8 am.

Estancia tranquila y calurosa en Garachico

Pros: La cercanía de la vivienda a todos los lugares de Garachico. La casa está muy bien equipada y las personas que nos atendieron durante todo el proceso desde la compra hasta el check in fueron muy amables. Cons: Por las excepcionales circunstancias climatológicas de esos días, pasamos un calor horrible en la casa, y al no poder ventilar demasiado por las cenizas y el humo del incendio en el Norte de Tenerife, se hacía más pesado. Lo único que echamos de menos en las habitaciones fue que no tuvieran algún ventilador de techo o sistema de aire acondicionado, pero insisto que en circunstancias más "normales", pudiendo ventilar y dormir con las ventanas abiertas hubiera sido más soportable.

Semester i Garachico

Vi hade en jättefin vecka i charmiga Garachico. Boendet var fantastisk, centralt, jättefräscht och rymligt för fyra personer. Allt man behövde fanns på plats. Lugnt område, nära till många bra restauranger. Om man har bil kan parkering vara lite svår ibland, men det gäller hela Garachico. Casa Sol rekommenderas absolut!!!
