Terrible customer service at the front desk. We booked a room with 1 queen 1 sofa bed for 3 adults. After checking in, we discovered there was no bedding or pillows provided for the sofa bed. Called front desk and we were told the hotel ran out of pillows. This hotel charges for EV charging. You could use the wall plug for very slow charging but half of the outlets have no power.
