Was a great location. When checking in was told hot water issues but leave run for a while and will eventually get hot.…luke warm to cold yeah never hot. Stayed in 3 bd condo...there was alot of leftover stuff under the beds and room was presentable clean but definitely not clean and elevators were not cleaned the 5 day stay...same garbage in corners .

The room was very clean and comfy. It was pretty cold outside and despite heater running all day the room was cold. The water coming from kitchen sink was really murky, bathroom was fine. Location is great. Far enough from buzzing downstown but close enough to walk to and don’t have to pay for the parking. Good overall but wouldn’t stay in GTV studio type room again.

First night no hot water! Then every night after the water was only warm. Third floor button didn’t work on one elevator and the elevator had an awful smell. Had to make sure you used the correct elevator. Hot tub was closed off, very disappointing when you are looking forward to it. Staff were very polite at check in and towel exchange. On day two of vacation I did find out on why hot water wasn’t working after asking. The elevator did have a sign up on the one the third floor wasn’t working on. Not sure of the issue with the hot tub. I’ve stayed in the past and never had issues.

Room was very clean didn’t use the pool or jacuzzi. Staff was friendly . Could do without the timeshare pitch j told them no from the get go but they proceeded through. Over all a good stay I would go again . Only a couple blocks walk to downtown out of the busyness .

The 3br/3ba condo was a 2br/2ba with an attached 1br/1ba hotel type room. There was plenty of room for our family (my wife and I + our oldest grandson, his wife and their baby). Overall, the condo was clean and had nice amenities like a fully equipped kitchen and a large deck with access from the living room and main bedroom. We were within about 4/10 of a mile of downtown so walkable but be prepared to walk uphill coming back. The reason for the 'good' rating vs anything higher: we didn't have hot water nor did the fireplace provide heat. The maintenance staff came to check the hot water and claimed there was a boiler down but they were going to reset it. They never came back and we never had hot water. The thought of moving everything after we had already unpacked was not enticing especially with an infant so we toughed it out. The fireplace was nice to look at but there was no heat. There was some peeling and bubbling of wallpaper in places but that's just looks. Our beds were comfortable. The Gatlinburg Town Square is an older property and needs some updating but not a bad place to stay if you have hot water. We only saw 1 set of elevators, so we had a long, winding walk to our room. The service staff was nice so that was a plus.

Very clean. Only issue we had was the elevators smelt like paint. It was horrible. Smelt like they painted with a oil based paint. I will definitely be back here. Also they do not charge a 250 deposit. They just need a card on file for damages. Also they need to make it know that the parking garage is where you're supposed to park not park behind what would be the office. The office is actually down the street on the left. Thats where you check in. Other then that the room itsself was perfect

The location was nice and the room was clean. They are in the middle of change of ownership and it is a bit confusing... They act like a timeshare and try to sell you future access to this and other places, which was of no interest to me but others might like. Since our room was away from the main hotel, we would have had to walk a couple blocks to get to it(or drive). It was too much of a hassle. Being able to walk to down town was great! Might like to see it when they get done.
