2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
Grimy and dirty that smelled of cigarettes smoke ( there was even an old packet left on top of the cupboard). Filthy carpets and broken furniture. Duvets and pillows so worn and thin they were almost useless. Stains on the sofa and mattresses. Both beds were just fold aways- so not comfortable and terribly dirty. All the charm of a budget hostel.
