"The room where I lived was overheated - the floor was very warm . It is good in Alps in winter but not in the middle of April in this place. Next and the last bad things was too small space for one inhabitant. I had 3 people room where I was alone but 50 % of the floor space took 2+1 beds . Very comfortable by the way. I think that 3 people on such a small surface it is too much. For one night it was absolutely perfect."

"This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. First, it is nearly impossible to sleep here. The hotel sits between a busy main street and railroad tracks, so you will hear either constant traffic or freight trains during the night. Rest and relaxation are not possible in these conditions. The spa facilities were also disappointing. The pool water was uncomfortably cold, and the Turkish bath area had clear maintenance issues, including unsafe flooring. Breakfast was another letdown. The dining space was far too small to handle the number of guests, so my group was forced to sit at an undersized table. The food options were very limited and below expectations. The most frustrating part was checkout. The parking setup is inconvenient, and when I tried to load luggage in front of the hotel, the area was blocked by cars. Staff told me to back into a busy street and re-enter through the exit lane — an unsafe situation. When I asked for help, I was dismissed rather than assisted. The front desk staff were unresponsive and unfriendly when I raised concerns. Overall, this hotel fails to meet the basic standards of comfort, safety, and service that travelers expect. I cannot recommend staying here."
