Located on the fifth floor of building with elevator, the apartment conquers for its unique character, embellished with exposed wooden beams that add warmth and authenticity to the rooms. The distribution of space is modern and well thought out: the living area is bright and welcoming, furnished with a sofa, TV, dining table and kitchenette equipped with dishwasher and oven. The sleeping area offers an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, consisting of two bedrooms, one of which has two single beds and the other with a double bed, closet and balcony. Finally, a bathroom with shower stall and bidet completes the layout of the accommodation.
