Located on the first floor of a very quiet residential building, less than 2 km from the beating heart of the city with its beautiful historic centre wich has become a UNESCO heritage site, it is easily reachable both on foot and by elevator. The door is accessed directly from the main road along which you can park your car (parking is paid) without having to move it thanks to the proximity of services (bars, pharmacy, grocery stores, supermarkets ...) and the presence of elevators and buses that will connect you well with the whole city. The elevator is accessible after a small flight of stairs.Visit_Genova is situated in the residential district of Castelletto, with its famous "Spianata" from wich you can enjoy a 360° view of the city and the sea, convenient to the center and at the same time away from the chaos and busy streets of the city. All the bedrooms as well as the living area are equipped with air conditioning for hot summer days and to ensure balanced warmth in the mid-season.

Rates no include: tourist tax, late checkin, latechecout, mandatory extra cleaning in case of presence of animals
N.B.: the kitchen, as well the entire accomodation, must be left in good hygienic conditions, with the fridges and the freezer emptied. If, for any reasons, this is not the case, a supplement of € 100,00 may be requested for the final cleaning wich will be directly deducted from the security deposit on the day of checkout
