We chose this property for its Olympic size pool which didn’t disappoint. We wouldn’t normally choose a big resort hotel. The facilities are great for kids. There is a private beach area. Plenty of Trattorias around nearby and in town if you don’t feel like eating at the resort. Staff very helpful and friendly.

It's more like a village than just a hotel. There are several apartment blocks that belong to the hotel. Breakfast is served for the whole village, it's ok for Sicilian standards. You have a great choice including eggs and bacon, not just the sweet stuff. The apartment was spacious, quite nice. Depending on where you have your terrace, it might be pretty busy. And as usual on the island, you'll hear all your neighbors.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This hotel is in dire need of an upgrade. We booked a superior villa and the children’s bedroom didn’t have any AC - this should really be made clear to customers when booking. There was only one plug in the whole room which was suitable to use with a European adaptor. Both the shower and sink had major drainage problems with water pooling with every use. Breakfast choices were also very limited. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The property was located in a convenient location with good food options and a grocer within walking distance. The grounds were extensive although we didn’t explore it all as we only stayed a few nights. Having breakfast included was a plus with young children but we didn’t eat elsewhere on the resort. Same cons: there were several major events near our room that kept us up. We weren’t notified about them and I wouldve asked to be in a room in a quieter location. No AC in the second room/ac didn’t reach the second room. Overall we found it okay but not worth the price if you’ve experience other resorts in other places.
