We loved the beach! Pity that by the date we arrived, the water sports were not available anymore. The hotel is very nice, and the food is delicious.

The so called luxury villa was nothing of the sort! It was dark and depressing and lacking basic amenities such as a kettle or plugs in the right places. It was very dated and run down. some attempt had been made to improve the dacor but the bathroom fittings were pitted and dated. The hotel did offer another room but it was much the same so we decided to put up with it. The staff were polite but not exactly friendly, except for the cleaning teams who were lovely, bright and cheerful and kept the room imaculately clean. The food was really quite dull. There was always a good cold buffet but the cooked meals were clearly designed to keep warm. It was also erratic. One day there was both sea bass and bream - beautifully cooked. The next day there was no fish and burgers seemed to be the main offereing. The food was of good quality but it felt like a works canteen rather than a hotel restaurant. The Gardens were lovely and the beach was pleasant.

Clean but shower did not drain and backed up into entire bathroom and started to run into room. Called to let them know about problem but not sure they understood drain issue. Cleaned the room up and brought all new towels. But it did it again the next morning when my husband showered. Check out was at 10 am so u could not shower.

Very nice facility with plenty of parking. Very friendly staff and great property for the money. The only problem is that their beach service closes at 4:00 pm. Little too early.

Relaxed atmosphere throughout the property, spotlessly clean and even have shower rooms for you when you have vacated your room on departure day. Fantastic buffet breakfast. The only downside is people reserving beds by the pool for hours without using them. The beach is to the rear of the property however the beds are expensive and should be included in your stay price.

Un Soggiorno Straordinario – Come Sentirsi a Casa Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati al Grand President Hotel di Siderno, abbiamo capito di essere in un posto speciale. Ciò che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero indimenticabile non è stato solo il panorama stupendo, ma soprattutto il personale straordinario che ogni giorno ha fatto di tutto per noi. Francesco e Antonio, i due ragazzi giovani al bar, sono stati una vera gioia: sempre cordiali, attenti e pieni di energia. Manuela è stata eccezionale, sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza con grande disponibilità e cuore. La nostra cameriera, Jovanna, è stata fantastica. La stanza era sempre impeccabile – gentile, premurosa e davvero perfetta. Alla reception, Antonio è stato molto professionale e calmo, mentre Domenico ha reso semplice l’estensione del soggiorno. Nadia è stata preziosa, sempre pronta ad aiutarci con efficienza e sorriso. Impossibile non menzionare Giuseppe e Roberto – due veri gioielli. Giuseppe è stato paziente, disponibile e gentilissimo. E Roberto ci ha fatto ridere ogni giorno, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Il Grand President non è solo un hotel: è un luogo accogliente, dove le persone ci mettono davvero il cuore. Highly recommend

Love the hotel and all of the amenities, activities, and food choices offered. The private beach was perfect and with the restaurants, bars, and pools one wouldn’t have to leave to hotel if they did not want to. My one dissatisfaction is the service overall was very slow - everything from questions to check in was a 15-20min process. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this to friends and family!

Beach issues

I did not appreciate the additional costs they incurred for beach chairs and umbrellas You pay you get better service If it’s a private beach it should be equal for all Also I was staying in a villa and I needed a cart to get around the front desk kept asking me if I was unable To walk…. If the amenities are so far from each there shouldn’t be any reason for them to ask
