Breakfast and lunch here was delicious. Staff was welcoming and super nice. I loved the room and being able to lounge in my own hammock. Only downside is it’s a little far from the main road, about 25 mins to walk to the ferry and part of it is dirt road. I also loved interacting with the cats that roam this property.

Very nice local small resort. The cabins are great, stylish and very comfortable with everything that you might need for your stay. The terrace with a hammock is a plus. The swimming pool area is very nice and the breakfast delicious (it includes espresso which is a plus!). We also have lunch at the restaurant and the food was fresh and tasty. The staff is great people at the reception and the restaurant are kind and helpful. They have local suggestions per request but they are not pushy trying to sale extra services like other resorts. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended! Rooms, cleaning, breakfast and dinner was superb! Very good value for money. Only negative is the entrance, from the main road and to this hotel it looks like a disaster…and, the WIFI is not good enough for work.

We loved our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful with booking excursions and boats. The snorkelling tour we went on was exceptional. The only improvement could be to the dining options, there wasn’t many gluten free options.

Lovely place

I recently stayed at Coconut Gardens Resort on Gili Trawangan and had a wonderful experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the delightful breakfast provided by the resort. The variety of dishes offered was impressive, and the quality exceeded my expectations. From fresh tropical fruits to delicious pancakes and traditional Indonesian specialties, the breakfast spread was a true delight for the taste buds. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that I had everything I needed to start my day off right. I highly recommend Coconut Gardens Resort for its outstanding breakfast and overall excellent service.

Location was pretty far in and it gets very dark at night. Get yourself a bicycle to make your life easier and thank me later. Other than the location, it was just perfect!

A beautiful hotel within easy access of everything

This is a lovely small hotel in the middle of the island. Quiet and relaxing. Landscaping and furnishings are beautiful. Aircon in the room is excellent, good blockout curtains if you want to sleep in, breakfast is tasty and staff are friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. The room needs more bench space and while the bathroom is beautifully designed and spacious, it gets a bit wet everywhere when showering or raining. Pool needs a bit of shade as the water gets quite warm. I'd happily stay here again.

Nice private cottages

Freindly and very helpful staff. Really nice cottages with good AC. A bit far from mainstreet but we loved it and would recommend Coconut Garden. A big plus is that you more or less don’t hear the prayers from the minaret tower.

Great quiet location away from the hustle and bustle - however, be prepared for the dusty track to get there (bring shoes you don’t mind getting dirty! No heels!) Staff were amazing. Room was lovely (just a little creaky with all the wood!)
