It is a very pleasant, safe, quiet neighborhood and is, without a doubt, the best area of cultural, gastronomic and commercial interest in the city. We have optional parking. We manage your COVID 19 test through an authorized company. Girona is very close to the Costa Brava and the Pre-Pyrenees. Legalized with the identifier: HUTG-022140 of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

A perfect combination of contemporary modernity and early 20th century architecture. The apartment is very quiet, natural light in all rooms and beautiful views. It has 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony. If you need it, we also have optional parking for your vehicle very close to the apartment (check availability and rates).

The apartment is located in the best and main area of ​​cultural, gastronomic and commercial interest in the city. The main historical heritage of Girona - the Barri Vell, the Cathedral and the church of St. Félix, the Jewish Quarter, the Rambla, the Houses of the river Onyar, the main museums, ... - are all within a few minutes walking leisurely . Awesome location close to old quarter
This is a nice apartment literally just minutes away from the old quarter, so lots of great walks and restaurants just minutes away. Kitchen is pretty small, but we didn't cook in it. Lots of stairs to get up to the apt - wasn't an issue for us, but it it several flights of stairs. While it has AC, it's only capable of cooling the living room and does not reach into the larger bedroom, so if the temperature is hot outside, the one bedroom will be hot. (the other bedroom is off the living room - but has no windows and you need to leave the door open to get the AC)

Perfect!!!
This place in Girona was perfect for our family vacation. Our family of 5 spent 2 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was a short 10 minute walk from the train station. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Elisabeth and Josep we gracious hosts. There was clear communication and they were very responsive to our texts. Would highly recommend this place to stay while in the beautiful town of Girona.

This property has lots of great reviews and they are all true. The apartment is a third floor walk up with modernized and clean kitchen and bath. The WIFI and TV (no English language channels) are good. The door locks are nice and strong. The location is great; a five minute (or less) walk to old town in one direction and a grocery store in the other. The location is safe. Our host was there right on time to let us in and was patient when showing the features of the unit to two quite tired travelers. Here is the reason for the low overall rating: Air Conditioning. The apartment has a small AC unit that only blows into the living room. We were there in July 2023 with daytime temperatures of ~35 C / 95 F. The nice large bedroom with the inviting view shown in the property photo is 25 feet down the hall and receives zero AC. We could not use it because it was too hot to sleep there. Instead, we survived our five nights by sleeping in the living room (which was cool enough but not very comfortable). Summary: Cooler weather - great place to stay. Hot weather - see above.

Overall, a great experience! With a few notes...
Overall, this apartment was perfect for our group of 3! The location and space is perfect. On a nice quiet street as well. One thing that I think is important to note if you need parking, the space does not have specified parking. There is a public lot nearby that you can pay $15/day for that the owners suggested. While technically there is parking available, if you are filtering places to need parking like I did, I think it is important to keep this in mind. Luckily, there is a university with free parking that is even closer than the public lot that was suggested which we opted for.

Lovely apartment and town
Fantastic location at start of ancient wall. Near shopping and restaurant district. A short 10 minute walk to bus/train station. Apartment has a lot of charm and equipped with everything you need. Elizabeth was quite helpful and friendly. We loved our stay here. Highly recommend walking the Sant Daniel nature walk.
