Very weak Internet, the room was smelling very bad and the floor was dirty. People came from out side and stood talking and yelling next my door until 3 in the morning . The price was good ok but was not worth at all.

Pros: 1. The shower was excellent. Cons: 1. The Wi-Fi did not work. 2. The tv did not work. 3. A parking attendant hit our car with the door of another guest's car while we were checking in. 4. We were initially given a room with one bed when we had booked for 4 people with 3 beds. We had to go back to the desk and get another room. 5. There was one towel in the room for 4 people, so we had to call and request the additional towels needed. 6. The desk in the room was broken and falling apart. 7. The bed sheet had paint splatters on it. 8. The restaurant attendant did not smile one time while waiting on us. Don't stay here unless you have no other options.

Nice location, but....

The hotel is in a nice location, but the hotel is not so nice as it looks like. In general it's ok. The main situation was the hotel made an improper collection/charging for a consumption that I have not consumed. The room had a poor cleaning conditions.

The hotel is located in the central part of town. At night the area is abandoned. However can find a place to eat within 1.5 miles to eat until 1 in the morning that has a decent buffet. When I arrived at the hotel, took about an hr before they finally got me checked in . kept telling me that they did not have my reservation and to call expedia. call expedia from Brazil? long story short, after calling expedia and being on hold for over 30 minutes the hotel finally found my reservation.The searched my reservation using my first and middle name from my passport instead of searching using my last name. DUH!!!!! Then on top of that, I had several pieces of luggage and when it was time for me to walk to the elevator it was obvious that I was having problems with carrying my bags, The porter stood at the front desk and just looked at me . Did not offer to help at all. The room was clean and comfortable . The hotel also includes a exercise room with a space just outside of it on the 8th floor which offers a nice balcony to relax with a nice view over looking the area. Be aware! the hotels listing states they have a managers reception each day. This is false, They do not. When I asked they told me not there perhaps at another partner hotel. I told them that they should take it out of the listing then because it misleads guest. Overall, good value for the price. used uber to arrive from airport. about 7 dollars.

It´s a regular hotel, with good location but poor room cleanliness. I found plenty of hair inside the toilet, and though the sheets were clean, the bedspread was grubby. On the other hand, the breakfast is very good.

Estacionamento com manobrista, foi tranquilo. Quarto com muitos pontos de umidade, móveis deteriorados, cheiro de mofo. Banheiro só funciona a água quente (queimando). Instalações elétricas aparentes com risco de choque elétrico, se tiver crianças pequenas, não recomendo.

O hotel precisa de reforma completa, no corredor onde ficamos tinha balde para goteira, a luz de um dos quartos estava piscando, no outro quarto o teto tem muito mofo. Faltou cordialidade por parte dos funcionários do café.

Quarto sujo, lençois e cobertor estavam sujos, travesseiros muito muito antigos, sujos, fedendo a suor e mofados (só servem para lixo). Após falar com a equipe, os lençóis e toalhas foram trocados por outros realmente limpos, que tinham chegado da lavanderia. Todos os travesseiros do hotel estão no mesmo estado ruim, pedi um cobertor para fazer de travesseiro. Equipe é educada, atenciosa e prestativa. A academia muito mais suja e sem equipamentos.
