Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is approximately 20 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Handy place to stay.

The access to the beach is excellent. The elevator service is sweet. The view of the ocean is very good. We felt very safe during Cyclone Alfred. We always had power and water. The parking underground is very convenient.

The advertising was misleading. It is well over 2.0 kilometres to the shops. You were not right on the beach as the rear fence was all blocked off and no access was permissible. It is very disruptive going to pick up keys and then having to drop them back if you have no transport. A nice touch though was the welcome pack that had basic tea, coffee sugar and cleaning products.

Ridiculous that you have to drive the keys all the way to coolangatta (opposite direction of Brisbane) in order to drop off the keys all before 9:30am.
