Laundry Service was essentially non existant. Over the 3 nights/days, not once was the room cleaned and guests would need to help themselves to the open Staff Only room for spare towels etc. Although each block of Units are 3 storey, there are no lifts, just 31 steps up and 31 steps down if staying on L3. I was unaware of this prior to booking. At no stage did I complain as we were only in for 3 days and the accommodation and bar were really good. Car parking underground and plenty of room for larger vehicles provided no higher than 2.2m.

We loved our stay and the resort has plenty to offer. The only negative was Room 3101 was musty an the carpet felt damp. The AC is an evaporative system an seemed to struggle in the humidity. Other than this, the room was spacious and clean. We recommend and would stay again.

My daughter and I were assigned a room on the other side of the resort where all the schoolies and youth were staying. This was not appropriate for my young daughter or myself as I was working the time that I was there. The internet was terrible, the noise and feet stamping as well as door slamming was frustrating and the parking was atrocious (we couldn't go put for dinner or there was parking spot on our return and quite dangerous for my daughter and I late at night). I was quite disappointed with my stay this time.

The property was convenient to attending a conference on the Gold Coast without paying exorbitant prices on the coastal strip. An easy drive to and from the venue. Comfortable and cosy with a relaxing view of the Golf Course and dining reasonable at the bar without fuss & expense after a long conference day. Thanks for making our visit easy and relaxing.

Property was ok but really dated, would have been beautiful once upon a time. A reception staff member really annoyed me,I put a a load of washing in the dryer which had a sign stating it would take 20 mins. Upon pressing start the machine said 60 mins to go, and I had to leave in 30 mins to take my daughter to a competition. I rung reception and expected them to say something like sorry about the misleading time on the sign, leave that with me, I’ll get your washing sorted and back to your room. But instead she said “I can’t come and sort that for you” I was like what can I do, I have to go out! And she said I don’t know but I don’t have time, I’m the only person on here. So I suggested that I would go find a nice helpful cleaner to assist me, she said well you can try but I doubt they have the time either (that was me giving her the idea to ring housekeeping herself to sort it for me). In the end I had to go and find a housekeeping staff member myself, explain the situation, and she was lovely and only too happy to set a timer on her phone, grab my washing and put it in my room when it finished. Something so easy but impossible for reception to organise. Also, my uber eats wasn’t allowed to leave my meal at reception when I got back late from comp at about 11pm and the restaurant food was finished, so no other option for dinner. I just found reception extremely unhelpful in both instances, like shockingly low customer service.
