I stayed at other Nightcap hotel before, it was great so I chose the same group. But it was quite disappointed in this one. Room was huge and you can get free vouchers for drinks which was nice, but the shower room was not clean properly, some sand on the floor and hairpins as well.

We had just been to a completely different hotel which was filthy, noisy and stank. At short notice, we needed another place to escape to. Upon arrival we were unsure if we had chosen properly. It looked like it was going to be noisy above a pub and on a main road. We were pleasantly surprised!!! The man who met us was super friendly. The room was large, spotless and quiet. The food we ordered from room service was amazing. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We really couldn’t fault it and would happily stay again!
