The property is situated on the 1st floor and consists of a comfortable living room with a veranda overlooking the sea, furnished with in maritime colors, a fully-equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a single bed (that also has a pull-out bed), one double bedroom with a terrace overlooking the sea, as well as one bathroom with a seaview. The house can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a television, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a portable air conditioner. The highlight of the accommodation is its proximity to the beach and the breathtaking view of the sea: here you can start the day with a cup of coffee, eat outdoors or drink a glass of wine in the evening under the starry sky.

You can reach a supermarket after a 6-minute drive and a restaurant is 800 m away. In the centre of Golfo Aranci, 6 km away, you will also find many shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. The nearest sandy beach is 200 m away and the White Beach is 950 m (or a 12-minute walk) away. Here you can spend a wonderful day at the beach and relax under the sun.
