Nectarine Cottage—A Romantic Goolwa Retreat

Nestled in Goolwa`s `Little Scotland`, the cottage is just a short walk to restaurants, hotels and the wharf, or use it as a base to discover the magic of the Fleurieu.

Nectarine Cottage invites you to leave the stress of daily life behind, & unwind. Sink into the couch with a good book by the fire or soak in the tub.

The kitchen, dining and lounge all open onto a private leafy courtyard.

The cottage accommodates up to 3 people, and the adjacent studio can accommodate a further 2 guests.

A common private lane connects both cottages, where separate key locks can be found.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

$75AUD pet fee is payable upon booking. Please let us know if you are bringing your furry friend along.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
