Terrible expensive hotel

It was terrible at the first night that they didn’t even set up the heating system since the building was new building they didn’t even check and at 10.30 I should have asked someone in the corridor to give me screw deriver to open the heating system and turn it on! I have tried to call emergency number several times but no success at all! In general the supporting service was ZERO! and I don’t select this hotel never ever in my life and not recommend to any of my friend! Instructions book arrived just 3 weeks after I have been there! No well organize at all! They didn’t mentioned that internet has limitation just when you arrive you realize that there is limitation!

Helt OK

Nytt og fint. Kokeplatene på kjøkkenet var dessverre nesten ubrukelige. Tok nesten 20 minutter å koke opp vann. Gode fasiliteter til å vaske klær. Men kun mulig med 2 vask pr uke. Litt dprlig renhold.
