Lång kö till frukosten och inte tillräckligt med sittplatser, trångt. Dålig info om spa/pool och att det kostade extra,kände mig lurad att det kostade. Ingen info tydligt på hemsida om åldersgräns o tider till spa/pool, inte heller info av personalen om det när jag frågade om kostnad för barn,besvikelse! Hissen långsam o fick vänta flera gånger. Parkering nära men dålig info från personal hur man skulle ta sig in dit pga vägarbeten.
