Not sure why this hotel has 3.5 stars , everything was great and is very clean, people complain too much when their don’t even do or have things on their own houses , this hotel deserves 5 stars and I would definitely stay there again

O hotel é muito aconchegante, extremamente bem cuidado, o atendimento foi excepcional, todos muito educados e atenciosos. Café da manhã excelente e com muitas opções, e o restaurante a noite é muito bom também. Poderia ficar o dia todo rasgando elogios ao Daara! Quem for, não irá se arrepender. Fui com a minha namorada e não vemos a hora de voltar ao Daara.

Já me hospedei em diferentes hotéis em Gramado, alguns muito mais caros e também mais baratos. E confesso, esse está entre meus favoritos. Muito aconchegante, ótimo café da manhã, localização ótima (perto do centro para ir caminhando, longe o suficiente para fugir do movimento), funcionários atenciosos.

Acredito ter sido um dos melhores hotéis que nós hospedamos em Gramado, começando pelo atendimento, até as instalações do hotel. O pessoal que trabalha no hotel sempre muito solícitos, educados e simpáticos, auxiliando que no que era necessário. O hotel conta com um espaço de Spa que é maravilhoso. Vc pode reservar um tempo e aproveitar a jacuzzi, relaxando depois de uma massagem que o o hotel também oferece (com um valor à parte), mas que vale tudo! A Vanessa que presta o serviço de massagem pro hotel, foi simplesmente maravilhosa, muito querida e a massagem maravilhosa! No café da manhã vc tem a opção de pedir algumas coisinhas que estão no cardápio, no QRcod em cima da mesa…delícia! Ah! O hotel também tem o serviço de valet, que é bastante funcional! O hotel é tão gostoso em todos os níveis que decidimos ficar mais 2 noites a mais e quase que mais 4 dias hahahahaha..também pudera! Estar em Gramado, num hotel charmoso com uma galera do staff nota 10, não tem coração que resista!
