Hotel maravilhoso

Hotel maravilhoso. Aconchegante. O quarto era lindo. Café da manhã variado. Tem um atendente muito simpático que fica a disposição dos hóspedes para fazer tipos variados de cafés, chocolate quente; vem em canecas diferenciadas, com enfeites, para engordar também os olhos. Todos os funcionários foram muito atenciosos. Duas observações: nosso quarto ficava no térreo e a acústica do hotel nos permitiu ouvir a hóspede do quarto de cima (o som dos passos ainda mais de salto alto é bem audível no quarto de quem está embaixo); o hotel fica longe do centro.

O hotel é maravilhoso, tivemos uma ótima impressão desde o início da hospedagem. Assim que chegamos fomos muito bem recepcionados e acolhidos pela equipe, que prontamente nos informou tudo sobre o hotel, as imediações e a cidade, tiraram as nossas dúvidas com o maior prazer. Ao chegar no quarto havia um presente de boas vindas (chocolate regional). Os funcionários são muito educados e solícitos, tivemos o prazer em conversar com todos, inclusive com as cozinheiras e camareiras também. A Beatriz cozinhou pinhão pra mim quando eu disse que não conhecia e o Luan preparou aqueles chocolates quente e capuccinos excepcionais. Amei o fato de ter sempre um cafezinho fresco disponível na recepção. O local é muito bem localizado, no máximo 10 min de caminhada até os pontos turísticos, bem perto das avenidas Borges de Medeiros e Hortênsias. O estacionamento é amplo, seguro e tem vagas cobertas. A nota é 10000, certamente iremos voltar. Recomendo muito!

La atención del personal desde el ingreso, durante y después es excelente, hotel limpio y todo impecable, te atienden con mucho cariño. El desayuno espectacular con varias opciones y el chef te ofrece prepararte otras alternativas, me encantó el capuchino con su propio estilo de Gramado. Punto a destacar, al ser un usuario platinum el hotel no tuvo ningún problema en enviarnos la cortesía del vino espumante a la habitación sin importar el horario. Cuando vuelva a Gramado definitivamente será a Interlaken.

Muito bom, café da manhã tem uma pessoa fazendo Capuccino maravilhoso, atendimento impecável. Localizado num bairro bem pacato e muito tranquilo, pertinho demais do Lago Joaquina Rita Bier. Recomendo!

Instalação boa. Atendimento por parte dos colaboradores excelente (sem excessão). Mas o sistema de televisão é péssimo. Tvbix horrível de funcionamento. Com poucos canais e direcionados a emissoras de Campinas-SP. E o sistema da tv Box yzi play todo no idioma chinês. Gostaria que o dono explicasse o motivo. Sistema inoperante. Fizemos uma assinatura Globoplay e assim mesmo tivemos dificuldade de operar pelo sistema da televisão ser arcaico e péssimo.
