Great comfortable stay

Great hotel. Our stay was comfortable, breakfast was very well served, with even gluten free choices. The bedroom was clean, the bed was comfy, and the shower was nice and hot. What else do you need?

O café da manhã não era bom, bolos secos, tudo frio e sem muito sabor. O ar condicionado não funcionava muito bem. Travesseiro muito fino, mas o chuveiro era excelente. A localização não era muito boa, pois ficava numa área mais isolada, só sendo possível se locomover de carro. Os funcionários eram muito atenciosos e prestativos.

Em relação ao outro hotel da rede em que ja nos hospedamos, esse tem uma acústica terrível! Era possível escutar a descarga e pigarros do quarto ao lado, até mesmo uma pessoa pisando no chão mais forte se escutava. Ao lado do nosso, acredito que tinha um bebê, e os choros mais baixos dele era possível escutar de noite. Além disso quando vínhamos da rua o cheiro dentro do quarto nao era agradável. Na parte do café poderiam ter o chocolate quente tradicional de gramado, assim como tem no sky palace, os paes de queijo eram feitos de polvilho apenas, e servidos gelados. Além disso, tinha um homem no saguão querendo vender passeios e refeições que sufoca e perturba as pessoas, me senti muito incomodada e desconfortável com as abordagens dele. Espero ter colaborado para melhorias.

O hotel tem uma decoração antiga e bem conservada. Quarto com tamanho bom. Estacionamento cobrado a parte , o que eu acho que deveria ser um valor menor, desta forma as pessoas nao teriam que parar na ladeira.O café da manha é bom com muitos doces estilo café colonial. Nao usei a piscina, mas é bem grande.
