Nestled within a modern complex alongside a golf course, the villa is strategically oriented to the west, allowing guests to enjoy abundant sunshine and breathtaking views of the sea. The design prioritizes spaciousness and natural light, with large sliding doors that create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The well-appointed layout includes two bedrooms with single beds and one double bedroom, complete with a smart TV and a private bathroom featuring a shower. Both bedrooms share an additional bathroom, while the modern living area boasts a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table, all integrated with a fully equipped kitchen that includes essential utensils and a dishwasher for added convenience.
