A very convenient stay for your day at the Alhambra. Other than that they know this. Very overpriced breakfast, cafe and parking. I have never paid this much for parking anywhere in Spain. Anyway it is what it is. Staff were a delight. Rooms are small and very average. Totally not value for money but we had to go to the Alhambra. Easy drive to get to with google maps. Small fridge in room. The bathroom smelled of drains. Aircon controls just made me feel like I had control but pumped heat in despite being on cool. Overall poor value for money.

Room wasn't sound proof like they have advertised. Very noisey. Could hear the shower from next rooms, even hear a person burp. Noise from a fridge motor or something similar to it from another room kept us up most of the night.

The hotel is well placed in front of Albambra's entrance, and walkable to he historic centre of the town. The room had in theory an air conditioner but did not work, hence a super humid and hot room. The bathroom was not very clean and had zero air circulation, we chose to not use the shower since without AC or Fan, the room would have become intolerable. The staff seemed to have a hard time answering us, maybe English was a problem, they were not impolite at all but not much willing to help either! For example, in all other hotels, when they give you a town map they explain a sentence or two about the environment too but this was not the case here, they left the map on the counter and that was it! Any ways, the price of the room was absolutely not justified.

Unfortunately this is the first hotel in Spain that I am definitely not happy with, all other hotels were super nice and friendly except here people are rude here, leave you while you are still talking saying there is another customer I need to help specially Antonio and the other lady with him at night in the reception, not helpful at all, the room was ok, size is good and close to Alhambra but still walking no taxis nothing ,,, it is ok if only for one night

Close to the Ahlambra, and a walking treck to the old city, even thoughits a tough downhill, and uphill walk. Great relaxing pool area, and great breakfast

We loved this hotel. The location across from the Alhambra was ideal. We walked down to the city center and took the bus back up. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The outside terrace is a great place to have a drink. We had dinner on the rooftop terrace. A wonderful experience! Food was delicious and the views were beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location tand parking (doesn’t come free) to visit The Alhambra. Staff are very busy but friendly.. Breakfast is quite basic especially the cooked items. Continental breakfast is adequate but definitely not exciting. Pool area is very nice and clean. It comes with good services u it e var/light bites and toilets. Also chairs and Sun loungers.
