Close to the Ahlambra, and a walking treck to the old city, even thoughits a tough downhill, and uphill walk. Great relaxing pool area, and great breakfast

We loved this hotel. The location across from the Alhambra was ideal. We walked down to the city center and took the bus back up. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The outside terrace is a great place to have a drink. We had dinner on the rooftop terrace. A wonderful experience! Food was delicious and the views were beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location tand parking (doesn’t come free) to visit The Alhambra. Staff are very busy but friendly.. Breakfast is quite basic especially the cooked items. Continental breakfast is adequate but definitely not exciting. Pool area is very nice and clean. It comes with good services u it e var/light bites and toilets. Also chairs and Sun loungers.

Perfect location for Alhambra & good transport

Perfect location for Alhambra. There are regular buses to and from the main town in Granada so it’s easy to get about. We were worried we would be out of the city but buses made the hill a 10 minute ride to cathedral area. Pool is great for the temperature! Reasonable priced. We had the breakfast as we wanted to get out easily - it was good value with lots of options for all dietary requirements

It has a nice restaurant- their breakfast buffet is excellent. It’s right across the Alhambra. The hotel parking was full so we parked at Alhambra for 23 euros. It was very convenient that they stored our luggage after check out.

Great location for visiting the Alhambra

The hotel is ideally situated just a short walk from the Alhambra entrance and bus line to city is only few minutes away. Breakfast was decent. However, restaurants and grocery options in the nearby area are very limited, so need to get to the city. The pool isn’t ideal for kids as it doesn’t have a shallow area.

They do hotel like hotel is supposed to be. The night shift receptionist, Antonio, lives up to the promise and gets out of his way to provide friendly customer service. Crossing the street to Alhambra is priceless. My daughter has already decided we must come back to the exact same hotel.

We had some issues with the first room we got. The AC was not working, and one of the windows was not closing. However, as soon as we reported the issues, they moved us to another room, which was perfect. They addressed our concerns promptly without causing too much trouble.
