Beautiful and cozy historical house with Alhambra views in Granada / Albayzin

Beautiful and cozy historical house in the heart of Albaycin with private roof terrace and patio. Modern and recently completely renovated but with the rustic, andalusian style kept.
It´s situated a stones throw from the famous view point Mirador de San Nicolas in a quiet street, yet a very central location with restaurants, market, supermarkets and the famous caves with Flamenco shows just nearby. 10 minutes walk to the center of Granada and Calle Elvira with bars and restaurants, shopping, the famous cathedral ... .20 minutes walk to the Alhambra.

House was recently renovated with a rustic, typical andalusian style. The bottom floor has open plan, a charming kitchen with bar and a door to the lovely patio with garden. A cozy living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a toilet with a lovely shower. Upstairs you find 2 bedrooms, the bigger one has it´s own toilet en suite. The smaller room has a large built in closet, a single bed that is extendable to a double bed and Alhambra views from the window.

The pearls of the house are the private roof terrace with views to the Alhambra, over the charming roof tops of Albayzin and the valley, sun all day as much as the patio with its natural stone wall and a lemon tree.

The house and its location is truly enchanting, fully furnished and equipped and well heated in wintertime. It suits families with children as much as couples or a group of fiends.
