Accommodating up to four guests, the house is located in a listed 16th–17th century building that has been carefully restored using traditional materials, combining comfort with historical charm.

It features two double bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. The spacious and bright living room includes a dining area and direct access to the private terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay, and the bathroom is modern and complete.

Just a short walk from Granada’s main attractions, including the Alhambra, the Cathedral and Plaza Nueva, this property is the ideal choice for a truly memorable visit.

A genuine luxury in the Albaicín, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, just steps from the enchanting Paseo de los Tristes and the iconic Carrera del Darro.

Absolutely beautiful location with clear views of the Alhambra and gorgeous views of Grenada. The pictures are accurate! This apartment was in a convenient location near areas with shopping, restaurants, bars, and attractions. The host was very helpful and communicated with us through WhatsApp. The check in process was easy. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.

Stunning location

We absolutely loved our stay in this spectacular apartment! The view of the Alhambra was magnificent from the terrace. The flat is close to a small grocery store, restaurants, shops and the area is rich in history. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet at night. Five stars!!!

Apartment to give you a native feel

Great apartment to stay and feel part of the community. Close to all the great attractions including the incredible Alhambra. The mountains, cobblestone streets, gravity defying walks and the architecture of the house made our spanish summer memorable. Communication with the host was excellent.

The terrace makes it!

With a fabulous view of the Alhambra from the terrace, this property is very special. Nice location partway up the Albacain from the center; convenient to go up into the neighborhood or down into the center of the city, or up the “back way” to the Alhambra. The rooms were not spacious, but it all worked well for two people and was comfortable. Granada was cool while we were there, or we would have been on that terrace all the time!

Clean and spacious!

The owners clearly take pride in the level of cleanliness of the apartment. There was ample room with two bedrooms, and pull out sofa bed. It is quite dated in furnishings and accessories. But that is the only negative as it was completely adequate for our needs. Ideally located!

The view alone is worth 5-stars

Picture perfect views from the top balcony and bedroom windows. The close proximity to the Albaicin (uphill from the apartment) is also a bonus The kitchen is a good size and has most of what you'd need. The bathroom is OK and blends in well with the rest of the house. Beds are comfortable and the window shutters work well in keeping the light out - we slept really well The wifi was patchy at best and we couldn't connect the TV to it so Netflix/YouTube etc were out of the question - wasn't a major issue as we were on holiday but it might have been bothersome if we were there for more nights Overall, a lovely place to stay and I'd highly recommend it

Stunning view of the Alhambra. Lovely place.

We were tempted to spend our entire vacation just sitting on the verandah drinking in the amazing view of the Alhambra. The flat is lovely, with bedrooms and bath on the (cooler) lower level, and the kitchen, living area and verandah on the upper level. The verandah, as well as the living area and one bedroom have the stunning view. The owner's representative was friendly and greeted us right on time. The kitchen is compact, but has everything needed to prepare a nice meal (if you can tear yourself away from several great restaurants just a few minutes stroll away). About the only small hassle is the narrow cobblestone streets kept the taxi from getting to the door; but it was only a 50 meter walk.

Nice terrace view, but….

The good: very good communication from host, small terrace has nice view of Alhambra, apartment was clean. The bad: the washing machine was not clean (mildew and smelled), prior to a wash we used a cleaning product to wipe all the stuff out (yuck) and ran a cycle with the product prior to washing clothes. Only a couple coffee cups provided for our two night stay and machine did not work well anyway. Be aware the kitchen is not stocked with even the basics such as salt & pepper shakers and no cooking oil.

Maison parfaitement située pour les visites mais surtout pour sa vue. Elle est tres bien équipée et meublée avec goût. Le seul hic (car notre séjour se déroule en janvier) les hôtes ne mettent pas le chauffage avant notre arrivée et donc nous avons une soirée et nuits glaciales... ce n'est vraiment pas agréables.

Un logement parfait, pour un couple ou une famille, situé dans un quartier idéal à Grenade, tous les déplacements peuvent être faits à pieds ou en transport en commun. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé et dispose d'une terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur l'Alhambra dont on peut profiter de jour comme de nuit... The balcony overlooking the Alhambra is priceless! A small but nice little apartment right in the heart of the Albaicin. We walked to flamenco show, we walked to the Alhambra and we walked to the city center. Genteel Homes was great to work with; we would stay here again!

The location and place itself was amazing ! It is a 2 floor apartment starting on the second floor with bedrooms and bathroom. The top floor with kitchen, dinning and tv room also had a balcony that faced the Alhambra. Morning coffee and evening wine had the best views in town. The only draw back was we asked for some coffee (4 people, stayed 3 nights) only 4 pods. Said there were going to stop for more by but never did. It is hard to figure out where to buy. Note: It is hilly and walkways are cobblestone, which is amazing but hard on the suitcases. Be prepared to walk a bit to the place.

Charming apartment with a great view.

The property was exactly as expected, clean, thoughtfully furnished, fabulous views and a lovely terrace. Our stay however was destroyed by the renovations taking place next door. They started at 8.00 in the morning and went on for 10 hours each day: jackhammering, shouting and banging. The only day free of it was Sunday. It looks like it could take months to complete. A damage deposit was taken and upon closer inspection of the apartment we found pre existing damage which we were not informed about. Also, three evenings of the week in which we stayed, we were subjected to loud conversation from the apartment below up until after 2.00 am and our apartment was filled with second hand cigarette smoke from the gathering below. No compensation was offered for the imposition of the renovation. After a month of having great places to stay in Andalusia this was definitely our worst experience. I hope future tourists staying at this apartment have better luck. We were certainly glad to leave!

Amazing View

Worth the walk. Excellent location clean and the view was fantastic. No issues with checkin and provided a discount for parking at the san Augustin lot. The apartment is large clean and well appointed. Note it is a two story if you have mobility issues. The view from the terrace is well worth it.
