Welcomed warmly by friendly member of staff, clean room and building in general, room included towels, toiletries including soap, shampoo, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shaving equipment and shower gel, also had hair dryer. Balcony door didn’t really keep noise out but didn’t mind too much. Overall a very nice experience.

If we had only stayed one night, I would've rated this hotel 1 star. The room we were given reeked of cigarettes and when we asked to be moved, they just sprayed floral air freshener and said there were no other rooms available. The a/c was not functional even though the post advertised a/c. We were told it was not the season yet for a/c (although it was 84 degrees Fahrenheit that day). We were unable to sleep because it was so hot and the only window to open for fresh air was not functional. The next morning, we were insistent with the staff and were, thank goodness, moved to a much nicer room that did not small like flowery cigarettes and had a terrace with doors to open fir fresh air. We were very happy in the 2nd room for the next 2 nights. One other thing that was disappointing though was that they advertise on-site parking which did not exist. We had to park in a public mall parking garage a few blocks away, which cost 15 euros per day.

Das Hotel liegt in einer guten Lage, mein Zimmer war leider nur mit Ausblick auf einen Innenhof sprich andere Gebäude und Fenster. Hier wurde ab 11 Uhr und ab 14 Uhr ca häufig gekocht das heißt Lüftung war über die Klimaanlage sonst kam der Geruch rein. Im Normalfall stört das nicht, da man als Tourist zu dieser Zeit ohnehin nicht in dem Zimmer ist sondern unterwegs. WLAN war in meinem Zimmer okay 7 Mbit und zwei von fünf Sternen weil ich ein Zimmer hinten hatte. Frühstück war soweit gut leider keine Gurke oder Tomate es gab aber einen obstkorb und ansonsten das typische Essen.
