Everything great, except that they didn’t notify that the AC was set on heat mode only, controlled by them. We turn on what we thought was on cool mode, and had a terrible night sleep

Wonderful hotel in Granada

Stayed two nights here in a junior suite. Everything was great. Super nice employees, very spacious room with a nice patio, great breakfast and an absolutely amazing rooftop pool and seating area. We just loved our stay at Room Mate Leo.

Stay was super excellent . Ana on the front desk was super helpful. Stay date 02/21-23 under last name Ishaq Only issue encountered there was a smell in bathroom which is reported .

The hotel is really well kept. The rooftop area is still a jewel not well managed. It doesn’t have a real bar, staff or heaters. Rooms are spotless and staff is pretty friendly and available for help, even though the hotel is understaff for a 4 star hotel and most of the time they only count with one employee in the front desk to solve everything for everyone. The neighborhood is great, in the middle of Granada. I would give the hotel 3 stars, not 4.

Well located for enjoying Granada shopping and historical areas. Intelligently designed room and bathroom; room would have benefited from a chair as well as small banquet,2 people = 2 seating areas needed. Only blip was no hot water for almost 24 hours; no room change offered; received modest discount for major inconvenience. Nice breakfast available. We would stay there again

Great three-night stay!

The hotel is so centrally located, every attraction is within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked an executive room. The room was big, with a king size bed, which was comfortable. The hotel and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The roof terrace has spectacular views of the Alhambra and Granada. The breakfast buffet offers many choices, all delicious. We will be back and recommend this hotel without hesitation.
