La Tejita - with two terraces depending on the direction of wind and sun.

This modern and well-equipped apartment has two terraces. Both terraces have sea views, so you can choose the right one at any time, depending on the sun and wind.

The apartment can be reached on the top floor by elevator. This perfect location gives you sea views from both terraces. With a bedroom, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a sofa bed in the living room, up to four people can live here.

As parking spaces in the region are becoming increasingly scarce, you can look forward to a free parking space in the underground garage, which belongs to this apartment.

If the way to the famous beach "La Tejita" (approx. 300m) is too far, the complex has two pools (a small one for children).

Freshly washed bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. The kitchen is equipped with household appliances, dishes, cutlery and cookware. If you want to stay longer, the washing machine is also at your disposal. In the small washing room in the apartment there is also an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, broom, vacuum cleaner etc.

The apartment has a TV. Since the apartments can almost only receive Spanish TV here, we donated a Chromecast that is connected to the Internet and thus offers more options.
The apartment also has its own internet connection / wifi.

About the Sotavento III system:
The residential complex SOTAVENTO-3, built in 2008 on one of the most beautiful natural beaches on the island, was built in a beautiful area in the south of Tenerife in the area of Sotavento. Sotavento is an area with new apartment complexes near the natural sandy beach "La Tejita", which belongs to the Montana Roja National Park.

Sotavento is located between the old fishing village of Los Abrigos and the city of El Medano. For kitesurfers and windsurfers, the beach towards El Médano on the other side of the mountain is also recommended. The annual PWA World Surfing Championships take place here and both surfing professionals, beginners and spectators get their money's worth here.

Unique landscapes, beautiful sunsets (see the photo from our terrace), a natural environment and wonderful, clear sea water ensure real relaxation away from the big tourist centers.

If you feel like going on in the evening, the bus leaves every hour directly in front of the facility to the Los Christianos / Las Americas bus station. The last bus back shortly before midnight, the taxi from Las Americas costs about 15 EUR.

Without a car you can also reach the La Tejita shopping center with a supermarket and a selection of restaurants and cafes, a hairdresser, a laundry and other small shops.
