We booked a room with 2 beds. When we checked in. They wanted to send us to another part of the hotel across the street. We first went to that address. It looked abandoned or a storage place. The staff were able to get us a room in the main hotel. The pub and restaurant were great and the service wonderful. Actually the staff made our stay there pleasant. Be careful what you book online.

Very dated decor, small rooms , likely built in the early 1960s, bathtub bottom scratched, noisy doors that bang and wake you up. Lobby looks nice but the rest of the place is just very old. No or little soundproofing in rooms

Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was very dated though. Bathtub and shower looked very used, drywall was cracking up in the bathroom. There were two beds in the room, I'm not sure about one of them but the one I slept in was very uncomfortable. Pillows were very thin. The air conditioner did work very well, which was a good thing because it was a very warm weekend. There was no mini fridge or microwave in the room. The stay was good but I do think they could work on updating the rooms.

Staff were very friendly, quick service. Resturant is great. Hallway carpet was filthy, cracked ceiling tiles above. Room had been cheaply renovated, rusty fixtures had some attempt of being covered with paint. Bugs in bathroom. Bed sheets and blankets had stains. Did not feel comfortable here.

The didn’t have hand soap in the bathroom. The plug for the bathtub was moldy, there was hair all over our bathroom floor. The beds were so uncomfortable, I could feel the springs under my back. The pillows were very flat and the AC was broken. There’s very poor air flow in the room so we were very uncomfortable and too warm at night.

We had other guest trying to enter our room after midnight while banging on the door and yelling out cause they couldn’t get in the room that the front desk gave them, when front desk called the room at 1255am, I answered “hello” they never announced who they were and all they said was “who is this”. Very unprofessional. The television never worked, bathtub leaked and to make matters worse we had a 10 month old baby with us.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in, the mattress was really in a bad shape and the room was musty and old, needs repairs to be done. The outside was dirty, not welcoming at all.

First room was bad and dirty. We move in a third room before it was convenient. The maintenance man was very patient and correct with us. The bedding was comfortable but it will take long time before we will return to this hotel.
