The room was great, love the resort and the location, but wanted to use the hot tub. There were no towels and the hot tub was locked. Cakled front desk for help, took more than 45 minutes someone to bring towels and another person to come and unlock the hot tub and pool. Ended not using it at all.

Our room was nice but the sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable and pillows were lumpy. I would only get a room with a regular bed in the future. It was nice to have a well equipped kitchen and a dining room table. Bathroom was small but towels were good quality. Overall a nice stay.
