The main issue we had was that the blinds in the bedroom (Rm 117) were broken. They were stuck in an open position so open all night with the parking light glaring in the room all night. The second night I had to manually try to unroll them the best I could. The other issue are that the pillows were terrible. I used two pillows and they were completely flat with no support. No excuse for crappy pillows. Not an item to go cheap on.

I got stuck in Michigan for two days due to weather at my destination. I made last minute reservations here. The whole staff was professional and extremely hospitable during my stay. They went out of their way to help. Hotel is in a quiet location and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. I would recommend if you need a place close to airport.

Awesome stay! Super clean, friendly staff, would stay again! Was traveling with a gymnastics team, lots of hotel stays and this is top 3 for sure!

Location was perfect and tranquil, close to airport, shops and conveniences without being in the busyness of 28th Street. Staff were quietly attentive and always available to make sure all our needs were met. The airport shuttle was very convenient. Rooms were clean and spacious and well appointed.

Great place to stay

Check-in process was seamless and appreciated being asked whether we wanted a 2nd or 3rd floor room. The pillows + bedding + beds were comfortable and the rooms were updated, extremely clean. The other bonus was how close the hotel is to the main drag of restaurants, shops, and Target in the airport area of Grand Rapids.

There were several things I loved for example: staff was so friendly I felt right at home. They shuttle to the airport and back. The breakfast food and options were wonderful hot and cold food options very filling and delicious. Checkout is noon which I don’t see in other hotels. Rooms were clean and not noisy at all. Pool was a little cooler and no hot tub were the only items that could be better but the other things made up for it so I gave an “excellent” rating
