We do not rent to residents of the city of Great Falls or residents within 25 miles of the hotel. Please read all criteria for stays or contact the hotel before booking so you know stay requirements as many hotels in Great Falls do not rent to residents.

Thank you Julie for your stay and review. I am sorry that the AC unit gave you a problem on check in. The thermostat went out and was changed by my maintenance team. Also sorry that you felt it was a "Sketchy" stay. If you have any other feedback please let me know as I would hope to improve all my guests stays and improve on what we do for each.

Thank you for your stay with us and I am sorry that feel we are rude. Can you explain your feelings as this is listed as "Anonymous" I will be unable to follow up with anything for my staff. It is this hotels policy that we only accept payment for rooms with a Credit or Debit card with a guests name on it. As you discovered during check in that a prepaid card does not cover incidental charge that a guest can occur during a stay. As these cards can only have a certain limit, where true debit and Credit cards are attached to accounts that can go beyond a fill limit if a guest have other unplanned charges. As for the incidental fee. Please refer to page 2 of your H&R Block Emerald card agreement. It states that it can take up to 33 business days for hotel incidental fees to be returned. It advised the consumer to not use these card if funds are needed at hotel for this very reason. I also find it interesting that a guest gets made at staff at the front desk and told we are rude , demeaning, or committing fraud, when we state what is going to happen because they are using prepaid cards, or fail to understand the card holder agreement for what they are using. Is it really the hotels job to educate its guest on what they are demanding we take as payment and then have to explain why it is a bad choice.
