We chose this particular Comfort Inn because of the reviews on Hotels.com. We were not disappointed. Even though the premises are not new, everything is kept up well. The cleanliness throughout made it feel like it was a better than a hotel in its class. The bed was comfortable though the comforter was too warm. The bathroom was super clean with shampoo, conditioner, and lotion dispensers whose contents felt superior. The breakfast was good though the addition of some fresh fruit would have been nice. Overall, it was perfect for an overnight stay.

I was greatly disappointed in the condition. Usually these hotels are very nice. This trip was not, dirty bathroom, hair in sink, tub and the floors. The tub had mold. I reported it to the front desk. They need a different and better cleaning crew for sure.

I have been a choice hotels member since 2002; this place was shameful and the rate was $ 228.62 per night. Fitness Center: Broken Equipment (one arm Elliptic Machine) Torn up floor (unsafe to walk on). Breakfast (no healthy choices) and out of eggs and sliced bread by 8 am, cereal was stale. Room 404: moldy shower grout, discolored/stained shower tiles, bathroom switch did not work for hair blower. Computer chair @ the room was so ragged and peeled off it would not be accepted as a donation anywhere in the USA. Attempted to speak to the general manager who was visible in her office, while I was checking out. The front desk person basically disregarded my request and ask me to just talk to her. After 23 years of loyalty and several similar bad experiences @ Comfort Inns I feel that is time for me to start looking at other hotel chains for future travels.

Multiple dining options available within walking distance near by. On shuttle route for HPMKT.Room was clean, but quite tired (peeling swivel chair, bathroom finishes, and general wear) — could use a bit of a refresh. Convenient breakfast and coffee provided. Would stay again for business

Overall very good one night stay. Room was clean, property was neat, staff courteous. Room was very quiet despite being at the elevator and with a buy thoroughfare running by. Climate control was very good. Had everything we needed for our stay.
