The water pressure in the bathroom sink was terrible. The hot water was very slow to come up and was not that hot. The room was very noisy from the hallway, and the upper floor was like a heard of elephants were up there.

It was one of my worst stays even though it was only one night. The room looked like more like a motel room than hotel, Bathroom tiles and toilet seat were broken. Hotel mentions to serve continental breakfast but there were no eggs, no potatoes, no bread, no pancake for kids, no fruits, no yogurt, no juice and milk. On top of that the elevator was not working leaving us to carry all our stuff through stairs. I was seeing it also left an elderly couple less amused. I will not suggest staying in this hotel

Nice hotel, bad neighborhood! If you’re a female traveling alone, I would suggest spending a little more money and staying somewhere a little safer. Not to take away from the cleanliness of the hotel and why you’re in the hotel I’m sure you’re safe. It’s the surrounding neighborhoods.

Room was large and clean, little dated. No ports to charge anything. For today's time, that very frustrating and a cheap fix. Got there 2 hours early and they wanted to charge me an additional $30. The room was ready and there were only 5 cars in the parking lot (I counted). Very frustrating 😑. I'd understand if the place was packed and they needed time to clean and prepare, but this was not the case. I stayed in a the largest king suite they have. Batroom was clean, but was showing age. Was some small bits of trash on floor. Bed was comfortable and room was large. NO CHARGING PORTS OF ANYKIND! pi found thus frustrating. I usually stay at Marriott and hilton, but this place was in the same parking lot, so I decided to save $40. Was it worth it, not really. Its simply that with the others it seems like customer service and needs are of utmost importance and concern. Here, it seems a little cold, sterile and becoming dated! Breakfasts was good, but not much to offer. It was the best apple and orange juice I've had at a hotel of any caliber. (I've stayed in many around the country and world 🌎 numerous time. I share that for context only .) Would I stay here again. I paid $80, so it was very much a value price decision for what I would call a very value based hotel. I Never felt unsafe, parking lot was lit, customer service was adequate. Yes, I'd stay for $80 or less. Anything more than that, then no. Much better places in the area at a slightly higher price point.

We had booked this last minute due to an issue at another hotel. The front desk employee was so kind and not only let us vent but joked with us too! Was refreshing after having a rough experience elsewhere!

The room could’ve been cleaned a little better. Bed & bedding was good. Bathroom floor & carpet need shampooing. Night front desk girl wasn’t rude but wasn’t friendly/welcoming. Morning Check out girls were friendly. Elevator was a bumpy ride. The hotel is decent but just need some work. Price is affordable.
