I requested early check (08-05-23) out due to noise from room above and also due to furniture in room looking as though someone took an axe to it and the carpeting was highly stained, I checked in late around 10 pm and was informed they were in the process of renovations. This detail was not on their website or Travelocity's. I was too tired to get another place. Although there was a sign that requested noise limitation after 10 pm, this seemed to be ignored, the noise coming from the room above mine was rather loud, like someone moving furniture. I requested a receipt for check out, they said they could not give one, because I checked out early and would not be credited with a refund for an extra night, I said that was OK, I just needed a receipt acknowledging I had checked out of the hotel, they gave me the manage/owner's #, Teddy Smith , I called him, he said he would email one immediately. It is Monday 08-07-2023, I still have not received any email communication from him. Very unprofessional.

It's a decent place to stay, but the continental breakfast was a little skimpy especially since I have an intolerance to most of the stuff that was available. It's not their fault for not knowing my food issues, but the selection was still minimal.

I reserved a King accessible room using Travelocity but when I arrived all that was available was a double Queen room, which was OK.

Stop using excuse of covid for not having breakfast. Juice wasn't on when i went to breakfast bar, employee was rude about it. Sheets had what it looked like a blood stain on them. I didn't see it until morning as i slept on only one side of the bed. Told front desk as i checked out, he didn't seem concerned

There’s no pool which was a big turn off. The room was clean but the beds were very small. The breakfast is a joke!! It was waffles with horrible syrup, even the kids didn’t want it. There was spongy stale bread and stale muffins. The coffee tasted worse than camping coffee, the juice was diabetes in a cup and the water had lemons sitting for God knows how long and had a rotten taste. The location is convenient but I don’t think I’ll stay again!

Rooms were older looking, carpet had stains everywhere, not to mention Roaches rooming with you.
