I booked a one-night stay (February 20–21, 2026) through Expedia. Due to significant flight delays, I called the hotel at 10:22 PM to notify them that I would be arriving around 1:00 AM. I was told my reservation was noted and would not be canceled. When I arrived around 1:30 AM, I was informed the hotel was sold out and that I would be placed in what was described as an “inventory room.” I was told the bathroom light was flickering and that I would receive a breakfast voucher and Hilton points for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, there were multiple issues: • The bathroom had no overhead lighting — only a dim light from a small circular mirror. • The in-room phone did not work, so I had to go downstairs to request towels. • The shower did not produce hot water. • The sink began backing up while I was using it. • There was also a space heater plugged in along the hallway, which raised safety concerns for me. Because I arrived very late and had an early start the next morning, I did not have time to wait for maintenance and had to work around the issues. In all my years of travel, I have not experienced this many maintenance and room condition problems in one stay. This did not reflect the standard I expected when booking this property. I hope management addresses these concerns for future guests.

Clean room, phenomenal staff and 5 star bartender Riz. Not too close to anything but they had everything we needed. Highly recommend and will stay again. Only issue was the shower handle was installed backwards.

Airport shuttle service is ok. Check in front desk staff ok. Room is ok but no tissue paper. The best staff is Neesh, serving breakfast and she is also the driver to drop us off at the airport this morning. House keeping is the worst - no house keeping at all, no changing of towels, no removing trashes. I have to call the front desk on Feb 17 and 18 upon returning to the room around 8-9 pm to ask for new towels. Luckily the evening front desk staff -Kim she is nice and help to get the towels for us. We will never go back to this hotel. At the time when I made my package (air tickets & hotel) reservation, the hotel includes breakfast but I have to pay for it for the three morning breakfast.
