Privacy and great outdoor space within walking distance of Sedge field Country club and golf. Home is elegantly appointed and furnished with a smart tv in each room and a large screen HD smart TV in the living room. High speed internet access. Formal dining room with ample seating. Washer and dryer on site. Essentially stocked kitchen with cooking utensils and supplies, complete with gas range, double oven, and large dishwasher. A great place to relax and entertain after a long evening.
Less than a 3 minute drive to local Harris Teeter shopping plaza with gas station . Wendys, McDonald’s, Urgent Care, and various shops are nearby. Closest high end Italian restaurant- Giovanni's is within a 6 minute drive. The Koury Convention Center where local Greensboro 4 Seasons Mall and Movie theater is a 10 minute drive from location. Great highway access with 73 being a 3 min drive to neighborhood.
