Advertises shuttle service, has multiple shuttles on property, has shuttle signs in elevator. A complimentary shuttle is my only reason for booking here. They claim not to do shuttle service.

Front desk people were “less than friendly” at check-in and check-out. They clearly hate their jobs and hate their customers. The view from our room was the highway and some tents set up by homeless people. As we drove in to the property, we were greeted by a camper parked on the access road and an intoxicated patron walking to his car with a 12pk of Busch Ice. There was a burn hole in the comforter of our non-smoking room and the towel rack was broken. The breakfast offering was horrible. Overall, I expected more for the price and have typically had good luck at other Sleep Inn properties. Very disappointing experience. Do not stay here unless they fire their management and renovate the property.
