Upon checking in, the room was not clean. There were stains in each bed, stained towels, and hair in the tub, toilet and bathroom floor. I travel with cleaning supplies so we sanitized the room and the front desk staff was kind and provided us with new linen. She asked if we would like to change rooms, but it was late so we opted to stay in the assigned room/did not want to risk the same issues in another room.

My husband’s family had a meet and greet reunion with the new generation. It was nice we had a marvelous time but could only afford 1 night when I went to book Wednesday it was 88$ when I decided to book it then it changed to 169 a night yikes but we had to stay with our family from TN

The toilet was not connected to the floor and the floor under the toilet was sinking in. We had to moved to another room - which was below par with a broken fridge and stained bed cover. The floor in the breakfast area was sticky and the breakfast items were limited and stale.

the continental breakfast was terrible. small packaged muffins, one cereal and waffles. small area setup, no real care taken for meal. asked staff for help, had to go down to lobby as phone in room did not work. did not fix phone. asked for help several times before getting someone to come take care of issue.
