The room was spotless..staff was great...new property. I would love f TV to be larger..its far away from the sitting areas and the Bed...hard to see from both places... y There was shampoo.. but no other necessities . Wish there was a small bar opened for a few hours in the evening...so we don't have to go off the property. As a female traveling alone it would be nice not to have to go somewhere else alone. The hotel is nice.. and its safe.

Leon greeted us upon arrival. So sweet, so knowledgeable. He was great. The room was gorgeous and spotless. The hot breakfast was wonderful and filling. The hot chocolate station was so Cool. All the staff we encountered were so sweet and helpful. All the ladies at the Breakfast Station were so sweet and made sure my hubby and I had everything we needed. I couldn't rave about this hotel more. The Hotel Way exceded my expectations. Thank you All

The entire complex was amazing. The staff were friendly and the breakfast terrific. The room was beyond what we expected. The curtains and blinds were automatically controlled by controls on the wall. The layout was thoughtful. The bed and pillows were wonderful.

Check-in was easy, guy was very courteous. Rooms were clean/new, lobby is cool (open beams, loft space to hangout or have an evet), location was GREAT! Near restaurants, a food court, a pub/arcade (kid friendly), easy to get to and out of. Would definitely stay again!

It was clean, everything seemed new. The only thing is that the room was not functional. There were no towel racks or anywhere to hang stuff. There was not a place to put luggage easily except on the floor.

No sleep due to very loud guests screaming and fighting. We have been told due to booking through hotels.com no refund or curtesy could be extended. Very disappointed in this stay. Our son needed to sleep to play well in a big tournament we traveled here for.

I loved the unique edifice that included the historic hosiery factory. The staff was very friendly and personable including Leon (night check-in), Robin (breakfast hospitality), and Denise "bright light' (morning check-out). The only thing that I would like to see is handicapped accessibility to the 2nd floor mezzanine; I was not able to get up there to see it due to my inability to climb stairs. I took pics and gave an excellent review on Google. I will stay there again when I'm in the area.

The free breakfast was awful that’s the only complaint. The selection of breakfast items were not up to par. The only breakfast meat was awful looking Turkey sausage. The coffee was like warm and no creamer options. The juice was watered down to tasting like water.
