The first room smelled like meldew and was very dirty. The second room seemed ok until the morning when we found a cockroach on a pillow that was laying on the floor.

Toilet Seat was shaking/moving when you sat on it. it was missing the screws those hold it to ground. Rust was visible on the bolts coming out of floor.
