Beautiful quiet home in cove with dock

Excellent place to create memories, reunite with family and friends.
Great large 2 story home with plenty of room to sleep 12 people comfortably. Additional guest can be accommodated with floor space and couches.
4 Bedrooms on the main floor, with an upstairs large bedroom with 2 queen beds, and large sitting area. Located in a nice quiet cove with plenty of room for swimming off the dock.

There were a huge amount of ants in gueen bed bathroom.we had 8 people staying, there were only 4 face cloths out, one had 2 holes in it, looked like a rag..Night was chilly, needed a blanket, none available.Red wing chairs needed seat stuffing, one had a tear in upholstry arm.Two metal rockers on porch had missing center ribbing, big holes both chairs, unuseable. Good experience with some disappointments

The house sleeps quite a few very comfortably. Tim was very responsive and answered questions quickly. The little cove and dock make for great swimming with little kids. Nice things to do in the house, too. There were two kayaks but we were disappointed that one was missing a seat and the paddle was broken. We also worried a bit about the ladder on the dock which was partially detached. It would have been nice to have known that there was no bath soap provided. Perhaps we missed that information. We also had trouble getting dishes dry with no drainer and no dish towels. Be sure to bring some extra bath and swimming towels because one towel is provided for each person. We were also short on hand towels and wash cloths. There were tons of life jackets and chairs which was nice.

Perfect weekend reunion

We are old team mates from an athletic team who were coming together for a reunion and to remember one of our team mates who sadly passed away last year. We used to go to the lake 20 yrs ago when we were all first together so we felt it was the right place to unite. The house was wonderful and the lake was magical. Honestly the perfect place in every way for our reunion which we will never forget. Thank you

Large House on Lake with Dock

Large house (5bd / 2 1/2ba) on the lake that has plenty of space for 12 people. Positives: Location, # of bedrooms, pool table, ping pong table, 2 kayaks, fire pit. We had a great time at the house and on the lake by renting a pontoon boat at Skippers which we were able to tie up at the house's dock for lunch. The reason for the 4 star review was that the dishes and pans were not well cleaned by the previous guest so we had to run everything thing through the dishwasher. If you do stay here bring your own beach towels for the lake and kitchen supplies. There was no foil, plastic wrap, spices, extra garbage can liners, etc in the cupboards. I recommend this house for large groups our kids loved the place.

Family Christmas

The house is spacious and exactly what we needed for our gathering. We had a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay, but Tim quickly resolved the issues and more than compensated for them. I will be rebooking and highly recommend this property!

Off-roading vacation

We were very happy with the property. We went off-roading at the local gulches OHV park and this was the perfect location. Plenty of room in the driveway for us to park 3 trucks and car trailers as well as 5 jeeps. The garage was a great place to work on stuff after the trails as it got colder. My only complaint is the listing originally said there was one more bedroom than there actually was. There are 3 rooms with 1 larger bed in them, 1 room with 2 twin beds and 1 room upstairs with 3 beds in it. This still worked out for our group although we may have split the costs differently had we known the layout better ahead of time. The owner was super responsive and allowed us to stay a few extra hours for getting packed up the next morning. I recommend it 100% and look forward to staying during our next visit.

Great getaway with a view

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The view of the cove was good and we even saw quite a few boats out there zooming around. Communication with the host was excellent. I had a few questions and he was always quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Fourth with Family

FABULOUS!!!! Family and friends of all ages from various areas enjoyed a special time together!!! The location was the best and allowed the adults and children much water time! The foosball table, ping pong and pool table were available for fun times also. The house was very accommodating and comfortable! We will definitely return to the ESCAPE on Lake Greenwood!

Family Get Together

House has plenty of space and a wonderful view of the lake and a great yard. Large table with plenty of seating, lot of places to sit in the living room and a few quiet spots throughout the house to relax. It is a older home that is well used, with a few hiccups here and there. That being said, my family had a good time and we enjoyed our visit.

Space for everyone

The Lakehouse was the perfect spot for our group in town for a horse show at the nearby Lander Equestrian Center. There was plenty of space for everyone and we loved the convenient location and lake views.
