Lovely home in Maremma between pines and sea

In Principina a Mare, house surrounded by the greenery of the Maremma, 2 km from the sea.
Completely renovated in June 2018, the house is located on the ground floor with an independent entrance on a large terrace overlooking the garden of the residential complex with large well-kept green spaces.
Inside, the spaces are distributed between a living / dining room with double sofa bed; two bedrooms, bathroom with shower.
Ideal for stays of up to 6 people (4 adults and 2 children / teenagers).

The main entrance leads to the terrace which leads to the living / dining room with double sofa bed; the master bedroom has a large wardrobe and overlooks a second habitable terrace; there is a second bedroom with a bunk bed and wardrobe.
The apartment is completed by a comfortable bathroom with window and large shower.
The house is equipped with all comforts: inverter air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, LCD TV, free parking in front.
The house is offered for rent already complete with dishes, bed linen and towels, hairdryer, beach equipment.

Entire house completely available to guests.

During the stay the guests will be totally independent.

A security deposit of 100 euros is required which will be returned at the end of the stay.

The beach can be reached on foot, by bicycle on a beautiful cycle path that crosses the pine forest or by car along the approximately two kilometers immersed in a thick pine forest. A free shuttle bus service is also available from 15 June to 15 September with departures from the residential complex every 30 minutes.
The beach is very large, about 100 m long, while in width it extends for kilometers in a north and south direction; equipped with both equipped bathing establishments and an immense free beach that allows long walks or healthy relaxation.
From June to September, 50 m from the house, there are two swimming pools, one large, 25 m x 12 m in size and a small one for children, 12 m x 6 m in size. Inside there is also a bar, a restaurant and a pizzeria.

The house is also an excellent base for visiting the Maremma. In fact, in the area you can visit necropolises and Etruscan museums. In a short time, you can reach beautiful places such as Castiglione della Pescaia, Monte Argentario, the island of Giglio, the Maremma Regional Park, the spas of Saturnia and the many farmhouses in the surrounding area that offer typical dishes.
At 10 km, before entering the city of Grosseto, there is the Aurelia Antica shopping center with a huge supermarket, shops and services of all kinds.

The apartment can be easily reached by car, or by public transport of the Tiemme spa company which manages the urban and suburban public service throughout Tuscany.

House Rules:
- Animals are not allowed
- Smoking and organizing parties or events are not allowed
- Check-in time is between 16:00 and 19:00, while check-out time is before 10:00
- It is forbidden to host a number of people higher than the number for which the accommodation has been booked (it is also absolutely forbidden to exceed the maximum number of 6 people available for the apartment);
- Guests are required to respect the common rules relating to quiet during the following time slots: from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 8:00.
